Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using HCE Marketing Bot ("the application", "the service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. The service

HCE Marketing Bot helps you prepare your own video content and publish it to social media accounts that have been explicitly authorized by their owners or administrators. Publishing takes place through official platform integrations where such an integration is available and has been approved by the platform.

The application is currently in development. Features described on this website may be incomplete, may change, or may not be available yet.

3. Your account and access

You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your access. Tell us promptly if you believe your access has been compromised.

4. Authorized account usage

You may only connect a social media account that you own, or that you have been explicitly authorized by its owner or administrator to manage. By connecting an account you confirm that you hold that authorization and that connecting it does not breach any agreement with the platform or a third party.

Accounts are connected through the platform's own authorization flow. We do not ask for and will not accept your platform password. You are responsible for keeping your authorizations current and for disconnecting any account you are no longer entitled to manage.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit, and you are solely responsible for it. By submitting content you confirm that:

• you own it or hold all rights and permissions needed to publish it;
• it does not infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• it does not breach any applicable law; and
• it complies with the content policies of every platform you publish it to.

You grant us a limited permission to process, store, format, and transmit your content solely to carry out the publishing you request. We claim no ownership of your content and do not use it for any other purpose.

6. Prohibited misuse

You must not use the application to:

• access, publish to, or act on any account you are not authorized to manage;
• publish content you do not have the rights to publish;
• publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or otherwise prohibited by an applicable platform's policies;
• send spam, run coordinated inauthentic activity, or artificially inflate engagement;
• scrape, harvest, or collect data from any platform or from other users;
• circumvent, imitate, or work around a platform's official interfaces, rate limits, or protections;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application, its infrastructure, or another user's data;
• interfere with, overload, or disrupt the application or its providers; or
• breach any applicable law or the terms of any connected platform.

We may suspend or terminate access for any misuse.

7. Third-party platforms

HCE Marketing Bot is an independent application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by, or in partnership with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or any other platform, and no such relationship is claimed or implied. Platform names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the integrations we build or intend to build.

Your use of any connected platform is governed by that platform's own terms of service and privacy policy, in addition to these Terms. Platforms may change, restrict, or withdraw their APIs at any time, and may suspend or remove accounts or content under their own rules. We do not control any platform and are not responsible for its decisions, outages, or policies.

8. Availability and changes to the service

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of it, including any platform integration, at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and publishing may fail for reasons outside our control, including platform errors, rate limits, or policy decisions.

9. Intellectual property

The application, this website, and their design, text, and code are owned by Helio Centric. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the application except as we expressly permit. Your content remains yours, as described in section 5.

10. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Termination and revocation

You may stop using the application at any time, disconnect any connected account within it, and revoke our authorization directly from the platform's connected-applications settings. Revoking authorization immediately ends our ability to act on that account.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including if you breach these Terms, if a platform requires it, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms end; sections 5, 9, 12, and 13 survive. Deletion of information we hold is covered by our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted, that any particular piece of content will be published successfully or remain published, or that any platform will grant, maintain, or renew the access the application depends on.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Helio Centric will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the application.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the application develops. We will revise the "Last updated" date above, and take reasonable steps to notify users of material changes. Continuing to use the application after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
