An account can only be used once its owner or administrator connects it through the platform's official authorization flow. HCE Marketing Bot never asks for, receives, or stores platform passwords.

HCE Marketing Bot is a social media content management and publishing tool from Helio Centric. It helps users prepare their own video content and publish it to social media accounts that have been explicitly authorized by their owners or administrators. Every account is connected by its owner or administrator through the platform's own sign-in and authorization screens, and authorization can be revoked at any time.

What HCE Marketing Bot is
HCE Marketing Bot is a content management and publishing tool for social media. It lets a user prepare a video once and publish it to the accounts they are authorized to manage, instead of repeating the same manual upload steps on every platform.
Your own content
Users publish video content they created or otherwise hold the rights to publish. HCE Marketing Bot does not scrape, download, harvest, or repost other people's content.
Minimum access needed
The application requests only the permissions required to provide its publishing features. It does not request access to private messages, follower data, advertising accounts, or unrelated platform data.
Control stays with the owner
Authorization is granted by the account owner or administrator and can be withdrawn by them at any time, directly on the platform or from within the application.
How it works
Four steps, all initiated by the user
Nothing happens on a user's behalf until they have connected an account and submitted content. The workflow below describes the intended product; some integrations are still being built.

Connect an authorized account
The user signs in on the platform's own website and grants permission there. HCE Marketing Bot receives an access token from the platform — never a password — and uses it only to carry out the publishing actions the user requests.

Provide your own video content
The user supplies the video file along with the details that go with it, such as a caption and any publishing options the platform exposes. The user is responsible for holding the rights to everything they submit.

HCE Marketing Bot prepares the content
The application organizes the video and its accompanying details into the format each connected platform expects, so the same piece of content can be sent to more than one destination without being reassembled by hand.

Publish through official platform integrations
The user publishes the prepared content through the platform's official API, where such an integration is available and has been approved for use. HCE Marketing Bot does not automate a browser, imitate a mobile app, or work around platform interfaces.

Each integration below is planned and subject to the relevant platform's review and approval. None of these platforms endorses, certifies, sponsors, or is affiliated with HCE Marketing Bot or Helio Centric.
- TikTok
- Sign-in and account authorization, and publishing video content to the authorized account through TikTok's official content posting API. Integration is planned and not yet live; this website supports our developer application for that access.
- Publishing video content to an authorized Instagram account through the official API. Planned.
- Facebook Pages
- Publishing video content to an authorized Facebook Page through the official API. Planned.
- Current status
- HCE Marketing Bot is in development. A platform integration is enabled only after that platform has approved our access, and until then no content is published through it.
