HCE Marketing Bot is a social media content management and publishing tool from Helio Centric. It helps users prepare, review, approve, and publish their own video content to social media accounts that have been explicitly authorized by their owners or administrators. Every account is connected by its owner or administrator through the platform's own sign-in and authorization screens, nothing is published without the user's explicit approval, and authorization can be revoked at any time.

What HCE Marketing Bot is

HCE Marketing Bot is a content management and publishing tool for social media. It lets a user prepare a video once, review and approve it, and publish it to the accounts they are authorized to manage, instead of repeating the same manual upload steps on every platform.

Authorized accounts only

An account can only be used once its owner or administrator connects it through the platform's official authorization flow. HCE Marketing Bot never asks for, receives, or stores platform passwords.

Your own content

Users publish video content they created or otherwise hold the rights to publish. HCE Marketing Bot does not scrape, download, harvest, or repost other people's content.

Minimum access needed

The application requests only the permissions required to provide its publishing features. It does not request access to private messages, follower data, advertising accounts, or unrelated platform data.

Nothing publishes without approval

Every post is previewed and explicitly approved by a person before it is sent. Authorization is granted by the account owner or administrator and can be withdrawn by them at any time, on the platform or in the application.

How it works

Prepare → Review → Approve → Publish

Once an account has been connected through the platform's own authorization screens, every post follows the same four steps. The user is in control at each one, and nothing reaches the platform until they have approved it.

Prepare

Content and publishing material are prepared for the connected social account. The user supplies the video and the details that go with it, and HCE Marketing Bot assembles them into the form the connected platform expects.
Review

The user previews the video and reviews or edits the prepared caption and posting information before anything is sent. Nothing is fixed at this stage — the content and its details can be changed or discarded.
Approve

The user chooses from the posting settings available for the connected account, completes any confirmations the platform requires, and explicitly approves the content. Approval is a deliberate action taken by a person, not an automatic step.
Publish

Only after approval is the content sent to the authorized social platform, through that platform's official API. HCE Marketing Bot does not automate a browser, imitate a mobile app, or work around platform interfaces.

Authorization & control

Revoking access

Authorization can be withdrawn at any time by the account owner or administrator, without needing our involvement.

Revoke on the platform

Each platform provides a settings screen listing the applications connected to an account. Removing HCE Marketing Bot there immediately ends our ability to act on that account.

Disconnect in the application

A connected account can also be disconnected from within HCE Marketing Bot, which discards the stored access token for that account.

Request deletion

Users may ask us to delete the data associated with their account. See the Privacy Policy for how to make that request and what it covers.

TikTok integration

How HCE Marketing Bot works with TikTok

The platform integration described here is TikTok. TikTok does not endorse, certify, sponsor, or partner with HCE Marketing Bot or Helio Centric.

Connecting an account: Users connect their own TikTok account through TikTok's authorization flow, signing in on TikTok and granting permission there. HCE Marketing Bot never receives or stores a TikTok password.
Posting options: HCE Marketing Bot uses the posting options that TikTok makes available to the connected account. It does not add capabilities beyond what the account itself is permitted to do.
Preview before publishing: The user previews the video before anything is sent to TikTok.
Caption: The prepared caption can be reviewed and edited by the user before approval.
Privacy and interaction settings: The user chooses the applicable privacy and interaction settings for the post, from those available to the connected account.
Content disclosures: Where TikTok requires a content disclosure or confirmation, the user completes it as part of the review and approval step.
Explicit approval: Content is sent to TikTok only after the user has explicitly approved it.
Availability: What a connected account can publish depends on the permissions granted during authorization and on the access TikTok has approved for our application. Where that approval is still under review, the corresponding posting capability is not available and no content is sent.
